Learn Hindi faster
Hindi is written in Devanagari, a phonetic script where each letter has one sound. FasterLang adds a transliteration so you can read before you know every letter.
Pick a story at your level — or let the AI write one about anything you like — tap every word you don’t know, and ask for a full explanation of any sentence. Natives and fellow learners check the answers.

How can I learn Hindi faster?
Read a lot of text that is just slightly above your level, look up words instantly instead of stopping to use a dictionary, review new words with spaced repetition, and write a little every day for natives to correct. FasterLang combines all four: graded AI texts at your level, one-tap lookups, flashcards and native corrections.
Is FasterLang free for Hindi?
Yes. Reading, word lookups, flashcards, the forum, journal corrections and finding language partners are free. You only pay if you book a tutor or service from the marketplace — the price is set by the tutor.
What level do I need to start?
None. Texts go from A1 (absolute beginner, very short present-tense sentences) to C2 (rich native prose). Every word can be tapped, so even beginners can read a full story.
How does FasterLang handle Hindi’s writing system?
Hindi uses Devanagari (with transliteration). Tap any word for its transliteration, gender and postposition; explanations unpack verb agreement and the ने construction.
Are the AI explanations correct?
They are written by xAI Grok and are very good — but not perfect. That is why every translation and explanation can be voted on by learners and native speakers. Items with 3+ net votes get a “Community verified” badge, and anyone can suggest a fix that replaces the AI answer once the community agrees.
Can I practise speaking Hindi?
Yes. Find a native Hindi speaker who is learning your language on the Partners page and swap messages or calls, or book a conversation-practice session with a tutor in the marketplace. Every text also has a 🔊 listen button.
